About Suzette E Johnson
Suzette Johnson, MD, is an assistant professor in the UF Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Johnson has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for over 20 years. She received her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. Following completion of her residency, she worked as a physician and senior partner at Brunswick Hill Obstetrics & Gynecology for 18 years. Dr. Johnson also served as a clinical instructor at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and an attending physician at Kaiser Permanente in Fresno, CA prior to joining UF Health.
An advocate for women’s health, Dr. Johnson is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to women of all ages. She believes it is important to educate her patients regarding their health in order to empower women. She also has a special interest in female sexual health issues and was part of a team of doctors during her time at Kaiser Permanente in California, which focused on developing treatment options for system wide use.
