The Clerkship Director, Dr. Madani, and Clerkship Administrator, Heather Ellis, will meet you on the day before the final exam from 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm in the Barron Conference Room (M-304) to discuss your experience on the clerkship. The students in Jacksonville will be released on Wednesday so they can study for their exam on Thursday and can attend this session. Your attendance is mandatory. If you have not handed them in already, you will need to turn in your Skills and Achievement Form, your patient evaluation, all shadowing/ARNP/PA/GEN evaluations, and your Formative Feedback Form. You will need to have all of your evaluations done before this time also. Your suture kit must be returned intact and clean. Please take all of the suture material out and untie the knots in it. If anything is missing you are responsible for replacement. The lockers and the refrigerator should be cleaned out by 1:00 pm on the day of the final examination. Any items not removed will be discarded.
