Maternal health community event February 21st, 2026
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first annual Maternal Health Community Event!
The event was held at the Gainesville Empowerment Zone (1250 NE 18th Ave, Bldg 11, Gainesville, FL 32609) from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Attendees enjoyed fun activities, won giveaways, and explored opportunities to connect with neighbors and local organizations supporting maternal and child health. The event was presented by the ACCESS Task Force, a collaborative committed to advancing maternal-child health in North Central Florida.

Families enjoyed a community -centered event featuring games for children, food, and giveaways
UF Health’s OB/GYN Mobile Outreach unit was present at the Womb to World Community Event, offering free services to attendees
