Patient Resources

New patients

UF Urogynecology is proud to provide patient-centered care. Your very first consultation appointment will be with one of our physician surgeons and we will make every effort to coordinate any necessary testing and follow-up at your convenience. Patients with complex pelvic floor dysfunction will be introduced to the UF Pelvic Floor Program and their care coordinated by our dedicated staff.

To schedule a new patient appointment, please call 1-(855) 483-4325 or (352) 265-8574 . You will be connected with a service representative who can help you make a new patient appointment with Shands at UF Women’s Services.

You may also email our Consultation Center (consult@shands.ufl.edu) or use our secure online form to schedule your new patient appointment.

Surgical Patient Packet
Patients who elect to undergo urogynecologic surgery may benefit from learning about what to expect after surgery. While this packet should answer most general questions, there may be some additional information depending on the individual patient and type of procedure.
