Patient Resources

New Patients

UF Urogynecology is proud to provide patient-centered care. Your very first consultation appointment will be with one of our physician surgeons and we will make every effort to coordinate any necessary testing and follow-up at your convenience. Patients with complex pelvic floor dysfunction will be introduced to the UF Pelvic Floor Program and their care coordinated by our dedicated staff.

To schedule a new patient appointment, please call 1-(855) 483-4325 or (352) 265-8574. You will be connected with a service representative who can help you make a new patient appointment with Shands at UF Women’s Services.

You may also email our Consultation Center (consult@shands.ufl.edu) or use our secure online form to schedule your new patient appointment.
