Brad Bruggeman, M.D.

BruggemanBrad was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida where his degree in Interdisciplinary Biological and Medical Sciences was awarded summa cum laude. Brad was one of only twelve students in his class selected for the Junior Honors Medical Program at the University of Florida. During medical school, he was an officer of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and a musician with UF’s White Coat Company. He also served in three medical outreach women’s health clinics in Nicaragua, completed a summer research fellowship, and volunteered as a teaching assistant for the undergraduate Medical Humanities and Clinical Practice course. Brad enjoys cross-country running, surfing, snow skiing, painting, and playing classical and jazz saxophone. His wife, Brittany, is a member of the UF Department of Pediatrics residency program.
